GENERAL The publishing company takes great care in packing the goods. However, in principle, all goods travel at the customer’s own risk. Goods can be returned only if they are flawed. Before goods can be returned, permission must be sought from the publishing company. Any complaints must be submitted within seven working days after receipt of goods. Goods will be dispatched by regular surface mail, unless the customer specifies otherwise. Customary discounts are given to the registered book trade. The judgement of Elixir Press will prevail in cases of disagreement in the interpretation of these conditions.

PAYMENT Postage and handling charges will be made in addition to the price of goods. Payment must be made within 60 days of the date of receipt of the invoice (30 days in Europe). The publisher reserves the right to send books C.O.D. or with pro forma invoice. Date and invoice number must be quoted if payment is made through a bank or by cheque. The prices are given in Dutch guilders. VAT included for orders from European countries. Any information you submit by internet is insecure and could be accessed by a third party. Therefore, you should send your order by ordinary mail or by fax (+3120-4286701) if you want to pay by credit card. Elixir Press is excluded from any responsibility if you are nonetheless submitting credit card numbers, expiration dates or other information you would prefer to keep private.
